How they are observed.

You can have only two terms in a school

Better schools they can stay longer??????

To have a great school Principals must be effective.

You have goals throughout the year which are monitored

Assessments are completed on the administrator

The outcome of the assessment is linked to his/her money increase

Administrators do get training

New principals need 300 hours of training

Principals are encouraged to exchange with one another. Stronger administrators need to work with weaker ones. If they do this, they get a bonus

Teachers 

 There is a fixed quota on how many teachers per school...due to the taxes. Tis is also based on the number of students. There is limited funding so many schools are sometimes short teachers.... So the administrator must find money to help with funding.if teachers do not meet the requirement.... They get fired .  Teachers,can be promoted to different levels if they are effective, first level, second level, etc. , they also get pay increases if they are effective. Inexperienced teachers use to be placed  in the primary grades .
