My children and I are also reading your blogs and looking at pictures and we agreed that we are shocked by the pictures you shared of the village, school and trash. We expected it to be fancier or better looking. We are enjoying living through your eyes though!
During this school cycle of six days the first grade classes at Bethel and Penn-Bernville read along with the book, The Story of Ping. This is the story of a little duck that catches fish on the Yangtze River. We located China using the SMART Board and traced the path of the Yangtze River. When I asked if they knew of anyone visiting China, they called out, "Dr. Albert"!
