These buildings over shadow the sports complex next to the school. I think I have seen a trillion of these buildings. You can either rent or buy a condo. However, only for 70 years. The 70 year rule is from the government . I know you are asking what happens after 70 years? The answer is .......they do not know! This is a new policy they have in place.
