Great Wall

We arrived at the Great Wall. My adrenalin  was so high, taking the cable car to the top was not an issue. When we arrived to the wall, I did what I wanted to do.....I paused and took a deep breath. I wanted to do things from the Great Wall . My first thought was to call my mother and father ( even though it was 11:00 am in China, but 11:00 pm eastern) just to say thanks for the up bringing they provided me. Without there love, guidance and their belief about hard work, I may not have been  in a position to have the chance to see  the wall. So thanks mom and dad. I am searching for words to describe the Great Wall and for once I am speechless. How do you describe the eight wonder of the world?  I walked about a mile or two on the wall. At some spots you had to be careful due to the steepness of the wall. The panoramic view was something I shall never forget. The manpower to build this wall , and at the time it was built is mind boggling .This was one day I just never wanted to end.
